Shipping Policy
Processing Times
We aim to package and dispatch all orders within 48 hours of purchase once payment has been successfully received.
Please note: During peak periods such as Black Friday, Mid-Year Sales, or promotional events, processing times may extend to 4–6 business days.
Delivery Address Accuracy
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure all delivery details are entered correctly at checkout. RLHN Caps cannot offer refunds or replacements for orders lost due to incorrect address details provided by the customer.
Lost or Delayed Parcels
If your parcel has not been delivered within 30 days of dispatch and tracking shows no further updates, we will lodge an inquiry with Australia Post or DHL Express on your behalf.
We must wait for a response from the postal carrier, as most delivery issues are resolved directly by them. If the carrier confirms that the parcel cannot be delivered, we will offer either:

A replacement order, or

A full refund
Address Changes
Prior to Dispatch
If you realise you’ve entered an incorrect address, please contact us as soon as possible. We may be able to update your delivery details before dispatch; however, this cannot be guaranteed if your order has already been shipped.
After Dispatch
Once an order has left our facility, address changes or redirections are not possible. We recommend contacting the postage service directly or arranging collection from the supplied delivery address.
If a parcel is returned to us, it will be handled in accordance with our Returns & Refunds Policy (available in the website footer). We will contact you once the return arrives at our facility.
Australia Post Safe Drop Policy
All orders shipped via Australia Post are sent without signature on delivery and may be left in a safe location (such as your mailbox or out of sight near your front door), at the discretion of Australia Post.
If no safe location is available, a card will be left advising that your parcel can be collected from your local Post Office.
Tracking Information
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking details.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to activate and update within the carrier’s system.
Delivery Timeframes
Processing times are separate from delivery times. Estimated delivery timeframes are provided by the postal carrier and are not guaranteed.
RLHN Caps is not responsible for delays caused by factors outside of our control, including but not limited to weather events, public holidays, customs processing, or carrier disruptions.
Carrier Responsibility Disclaimer
Once a parcel has been handed over to Australia Post or DHL Express, delivery is subject to the carrier’s terms and conditions. RLHN Caps cannot be held liable for carrier-related delays after dispatch.
Safe Drop & Delivery Liability
If a parcel is marked as delivered by Australia Post via Safe Drop, responsibility for the parcel transfers to the customer. We strongly recommend ensuring a secure delivery location to minimise the risk of loss or theft.
International Orders
International shipments may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in product or shipping prices.
